EnterpriseNGR Youths of Enterprise is an initiative owned by EnterpriseNGR to recruit and upskill 5,000 youths annually, matching them with their partner organizations for a high-value six-month internship. The Youth of enterprise internship program is a six-month paid program that provides Nigerian youngsters an excellent opportunity to reinvent themselves and “greenstart” their careers.

Young of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme is one of EnterpriseNGR’s crucial development projects that attempts to solve national young unemployment and under-employment patterns while also building capacity in the private sector.
Nigeria’s population is estimated at 220 million, with youth constituting 50% of the population. Unfortunately, more than 42% of Nigerian youngsters are unemployed, with an even higher proportion underemployed (Source: Nigerian Bureau of Statistics).
With the YOE Internship Programme, EnterpriseNGR seeks to improve the employability of Nigerian youth and position them for success in the workplace.
